for up-to-date files. Just use the method he suggested and once you get caught up this set makes it easy to stay that way! Thanks again Chadmaster for providing this resource.

Am I missing a step besides putting these in roms?
I need to ask what may seem to be a dumb question. I downloaded these and put these in the ROMS of .236. It shows all the consoles, but it says there

are no games. I see games in the zip files. Sorry, I am new to Mame, and I thought it was straight forward enough, but apparently it isn't. Am I missing a step? I did look on Youtube and the net, but couldn't get a good answer

A full software list collection is much harder to come by than MAME's arcade ROMs, so this is a great find. Check "Show All" and note the last modified
...
dates to see which systems have been updated in the latest version. Alas, it doesn't seem to be getting updates any longer, but it remains a valuable way to catch up with many seldom-updated software list platforms.
